I collaborated with Vango to showcase their innovative Vango AirHub Hexaway Mid, an inflatable drive-away awning designed for campervans like my Mercedes Sprinter. Unlike traditional awnings, this one’s standout feature is how effortless it is to assemble—simply inflate it, and you’re good to go!
For this project, I wanted to create something more engaging than your standard product demo, so I embraced a retro 70s vibe. The concept was to present the awning as a futuristic product with a nostalgic twist, blending the innovation of the Versus Air Mid with creative storytelling. The video showed how easy it is to set up and detach, making it the perfect companion for vanlife adventures.
Shot entirely on the Sony A7 III, the video captured the awning's practicality, convenience, and aesthetic appeal while staying entertaining and relatable. The creative approach added a unique edge, making the content stand out and more memorable for the audience.
