Teaming up with Dare2b and Another Hiking Collective for a group hike up Kinder Scout in the Peak District was an incredible opportunity to document the energy and excitement of an outdoor community. As the group’s dedicated photographer, I used my Sony A7C II to capture the essence of the day — from the first steps on the trail to the summit’s stunning panoramic views.

Kinder Scout, known for its rugged terrain and rich history, provided the perfect backdrop for this collaborative adventure. I focused on capturing authentic moments: hikers navigating rocky paths, laughter shared on rest breaks, and the sense of achievement as the group reached the top. The Sony A7C II’s lightweight build and advanced autofocus made it ideal for following the action without missing a beat.
