During my time working with Tourism Ireland and Secret Escapes, I had the amazing opportunity to use the Canon R5 to capture some truly breathtaking content along the Wild Atlantic Way. This project was all about showcasing the power of the Canon R5 and how it helped me bring the beauty of Ireland’s landscapes to life, while promoting this incredible destination.
As part of the trip, we started in Sligo, exploring iconic spots like Gleniff Horseshoe and Benbulben Mountain. We even surfed off the coast of Rossnowlagh before heading up to Donegal. There, we discovered hidden waterfalls, hiked to stunning views over Errigal, and even experienced the local music scene. Throughout it all, the Canon R5 proved to be the perfect tool for capturing everything in incredible detail, from the rugged landscapes to the unique cultural moments.
With its impressive image quality, exceptional autofocus, and versatility, the Canon R5 helped me get stunning shots that truly showcased the essence of the trip. Whether I was capturing a still shot of the rolling hills or filming the lively atmosphere of a local pub, the R5 handled it all seamlessly.
